Shipping & Packing Costs

All packages are shipped through USPS.  Actual costs are calculated based on the size, weight and where the item(s) are delivered. International Shipping is NOT available.

 

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email cravenkettlecorn1@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.  If you need to cancel an order after that, you must do so before the order is shipped.  Once the order is shipped, we can no longer cancel your order.

Orders Lost in Shipment:

Once your order is shipped, it is beyond our control. If the order does not arrive, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to file an insurance claim with USPS.
